What if our system has no API?
First I find out what options it offers. Besides an API, webhooks, email, file import/export or custom middleware can sometimes be used. If automation is not reasonably feasible, I say so up front.
How much does one automation cost?
A simple chain between two systems (for example form → CRM → confirmation email) comes to €350–625. A more complex flow with more steps, document generation and connections to several systems runs into the low thousands of euros. The price follows the number of steps, not the volume of data that later flows through.
What happens when an automation fails?
Nothing silent. Every chain includes error handling — a failed step is retried and if that does not work, an alert goes out. All runs are logged, so it is possible to trace exactly what failed and on which data.
