Internal systems
I replace spreadsheets, manual work and several disconnected tools with one custom system built around your business. An internal system from €2,100 includes user roles, change history and connections to the tools you already use — the exact price depends on the scope and number of features.
What is included
- Process analysis — how the work happens today and what the system should take over
- Data model and screen design
- User accounts, roles and permissions matching the positions in your company
- Record keeping, change history and search
- Document and export generation from the data in the system
- Automatic emails and notifications tied to state changes
- Integration with the tools you already use, over their APIs
- Deployment, training and support after launch
What costs extra
- Integration with further external services over APIs, depending on complexity (from €500)
- Extending the system with access for your customers or partners (from €1,100)
- Data import from your existing spreadsheets and systems (from €350)
- Bespoke reports and exports (from €350)
- Further modules and extensions as the company evolves
- Regular maintenance and post-launch support — from €65/month Any service can be extended with regular maintenance: updates, backups, availability monitoring and small changes to content or features.
Who this suits
For companies where the same process passes through several people and lives in spreadsheets and emails today — typically record keeping, approvals, planning or a shared overview across departments.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about “Internal systems”
Why does the price of an internal system vary so much?
It comes down to the number of users, roles, states, screens and connected systems. Simpler record-keeping starts from €2,100, while a larger system with more roles, documents and connections to other tools can cost over €5,000. I propose the exact scope up front.
Would an off-the-shelf solution not do?
Often it would, and I will tell you so. A custom system makes sense where an off-the-shelf one does not fit the process and the company has to bend around it, or where licences for every user would cost more than a system of your own. If an existing tool is enough for you, I will recommend it — it will cost you less.
Where will the system run and who looks after the data?
Wherever you want — on your server, in your cloud account, or on hosting I help you choose. The data stays yours, including database access. I can handle backups and updates as part of maintenance, or your IT can take them over.
